Eligibility

Please note that only abstracts from invited institutions will be accepted.
For invited participants, please register for GPEN 2024 before submitting your abstract.

Abstract

We recommend the use of this template to assist with your abstract formatting. Abstracts should contain a title, keywords (up to 5), authors, and author affiliations (denoted with a superscript). The abstract should be in paragraph form (no headings such as introduction, methods, results), and should be succinct with no more than one A4 page. Poster

The recommended poster size is A0 (841 mm × 1189 mm). Orientation of your poster should be in portrait style.
We recommend 48 to 60 point font size for headings, and 24 to 32 point font size single spaced for main text.
The text should be concise and reader-friendly.

Podium presentation

Selected participants will be identified by their school’s faculty representative to give a podium presentation. Podium presentations are 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for questions.
